Shipping policy

UK DELIVERIES 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD. You will be emailed when your order is dispatched, this may include tracking information depending on the shipping service you have chosen.

Postage Service

Royal Mail 48hr tracked  (2/3 working days) 

Royal Mail 24hr tracked (1/2 working days)

 We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Royal Mail international Airmail tracked (Up to 21 days but likely to be less) Priced by weight. Please continue to checkout for a quote.

We ship via Royal Mail and DPD tracked services, this will update on its route to the customer. 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for orders shipped outside of the UK, based on weight and country. 

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail or DPD with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be re-paid and a reliable address used. 

Please keep an eye on your order tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local courier's time frame, the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for your order to be shipped back out to you or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled.
